Review
Actionfest with a jaw dropping finale for long-time S.H.I.E.L.D. fans. The Gorgon is a fierce character and I'm so glad that he was picked up to be used in this series. The Secret Warriors finally begin to show personality in the fights, but its the interactions of the old war horses that add spark to this issue. The art team does a fantastic job of capturing Fury and his former Howlers, aged but still badass. The script offers a nice moment between Fury and Dugan, showing the bond of brothers-in-arms they share. An intrgiung mystery begins with the contents of the box that Viper and Madame Hydra pick up. The reaction by Silver Samurai is lends menace and intrigue to this new development in the story. The final reveal sports some great dialouge and proves that this series is aiming to revitalize the S.H.I.E.L.D. family of characters in new and exciting ways.
