Review
The battle with the Secret Warriors makes for a fine reminder
of how dangerous the Gorgon is and hopefully a tease of the battle
to come with Fury. His line, "One day I will kill a god",
to Phobos is a creepy moment. An interesting
issue
for
long
time fans of the Fury/Val rollercoaster of love with
some
very
good
dialouge
shared
between
the pair. The dinner scene is all character and long-time S.H.I.E.L.D.
readers can fill inbetween the lines of what the characters say with
history from Strange Tales to the VS S.H.I.E.L.D. mini
to S.H.I.E.L.D.
(2). With
Val in the picture, the art has to be up to snuff and Caselli and
Rudoni
are
up to the
task
with their rendering of the Countessa. Interestingly she dubs
Fury as "agent of nothing", the title for the first six issues. .
