Review
90's style slugfest with a story that could have easily been covered
in one issue spread out over two issues and a half (at least its
got action). Peronally I skipped the X-buisness and I simply enjoyed
it as a S.H.I.E.L.D. adventure; which is easy to do with plenty of good Fury
dialouge. Also the relationship between Rhodes and Fury is laid down
here; pointing to a good combination for S.H.I.E.L.D. and War Machine. Good
art, ok action; worthwhile for the Fury fans; although be warned, #22
only features Fury and the gang for the first three pages.
Best Fury
line of the whole thing; "Half
a century worth of defendin this stupid planet an' I'm fightin the satanic
spandex
equivalent
of
the
Osmond
family". Nuff said.
