In yet another alternate Earth, the Marvel Universe's Havok finds himself in a world where Nick Fury leads a cruel and relentless agenda against the mutants and heroes of this dyspotic reality. Notable changes here feature a villianous Fury who even takes to shooting Dum Dum's nephew in cold blood and insists upon being called "General" instead of his real rank of Colonel. His status and that of SHIELD seems to be somewhat nebulous and at times has goverment sanction and other times seems to be operating independently.

At one point Fury asked Captain America to join his bid to wipe out the non-humans but Rogers refused and became a target for Fury as well. Despite his harsh stance against mutants, Fury joined forces with the Goblin Queen in a bid to destroy Havok and his resistance movement. Its unclear exactly how Fury met his demise but it seemed to involve losing a battle with Namor just prior to the Beyonder's arrivial on Earth.
